Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Customers may request cancellation before the next renewal date. Unless stated otherwise in writing, cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund a completed billing period.

Professional services

Setup, implementation, migration, branding, website, consulting, and similar fees may be nonrefundable after work begins or costs are incurred.
